Our Mission Statement

To provide a unified Christian community which loves and shares together as it reaches out in worship, Christian education, and community concerns.

Our Congregation

The community of St. Paul’s, Lindsay, is a diverse group of people who come together to support one another in prayer and friendship and to grow in the understanding of how God is working in our lives.

Our congregation

Demographically our parish tends to be an “older parish” as more than half of our parishioners are over 50 years of age. Indeed a significant number are life members of St. Paul’s – tracing their roots back to Sunday School days. We are fortunate to have a smaller group of young families and young professionals who actively support many of the varied church activities.

Many of our most recent members tend to be retirees from other parishes and are new to the Town of Lindsay as well as surrounding areas. These new members from other parishes enrich St. Paul’s with their experiences from other Anglican parishes.

A major concern of St. Paul’s parish at large is to develop a plan, and programs, to attract youth, both teens and young people, to our congregation. This was evident in the results of our 2007 parish survey.

Location

St. Paul’s Anglican Church is located on Russell Street W, across the street from Valu-Mart. and beside the main Post Office.  Parking is available behind the church.
