About St. Paul’s

Our Parish

The Parish of St. Paul’s strives to be a welcoming Christian community who gather regularly for worship on Sunday mornings, and throughout the year for learning, service, and fellowship.  We recognize that we are all on a journey in life, and that we are all at different places on that journey.  Whether you are young or old, a seeker, new to the faith, a “cradle Anglican”, or somewhere in between, a “welcome” awaits you at St. Paul’s.

We are based in a beautiful historical building in downtown Lindsay, and have the distinction of being the only Anglican church in town.  Our Sunday services are held at 10am, the main floor of our building is wheelchair accessible, and all are welcome!  During the summer, we move into the church hall for services, and benefit from the air conditioning!  Most of our services are also live-streamed, for those viewing from home, or elsewhere.  Following service, many people stay to enjoy coffee, tea and goodies and fellowship during our Coffee Hour.

Along with our regular services, Rev. Bonnie has offered mid-week and special-themed services for newer events such as The National Indigenous Day of Prayer, The Season of Creation, etc.  St. Paul’s members enjoy participating in smaller group activities such as Faith & Friendship, Book Club, Sisterhood, and more!  We have a long tradition of community involvement, pastoral care, and outreach to help meet the needs of those in the local area, as well as worldwide.  In 2023, St. Paul’s Pantry was placed at the front of our church with food products 24/7 for those in need.  Many people have attended our annual Christmas Dinner, welcome to all “free of charge”.  There’s always something happening here!
