Anglican Fellowship of Prayer
Some of the congregation of St. Paul‟s attended the Trent-Durham Area Prayer Conference held at St. Luke‟s in Peterborough on October 29th. Bishop Patrick Yu (York Scarborough) reflected on our theme “I‟m too busy to pray” that he too is busy being a “fireman‟ all week and needs time to pray. He shared with us how we can make time for different ways to pray. He asked each of us to share our prayer life with each other as what works for one may indeed work for another.
It mainly is how comfortable we feel about our prayer life. As Anglicans we may be very hesitant to share our prayer life. It was a very interesting and worthwhile day.
